I wish to volunteer to become a ace

I've just joined the site and I've already been greeted by one of your marvellous members. This got me thinking (a rare thing) that even though I'm new to this, I would love to help out and volunteer to become a Ace.
Reasons why I'll like to become a ace are as follows:-
1. It would be great to get know people and make my way around the site.
2. I'm a friendly guy who enjoys helping people out.
3. I think the ace's do a great job and I would like to contribute to the valuable work you do.

hiya, sorry I haven't been on before now, but my dad died recently and to be honest, I haven't taken it that well.
However, I'm now over the worse (I hope) and would still love to become a ace
