A Conversation for Christmas customs

Christmas at the Findus-Family

FiNdUs

Well, of course there´s the great secret behind all parential activities to our boys as you can easily imagine.
We love to create our own advent calendars, but in the last 2-3 yrs it decreased. Must be an approach for the next year, I think.I am still something missing smiley - sadface
We love to have our WHOLE family around on one of the days and on the other hand stick to our friends too, at this time (that´s why I am really fond of the next sunday smiley - winkeye ).
We are trying to have a permanently opened house for them and don´t close down due to holidays. But you may judge it on your own.
I agree to your comments on commerce and me, I´d love to have a restricted time of it, too.
Last but one Sat. I had a cookies-party with the boys and we loved it. As you do, all of us like to give away gifts the whole year and we do not expect turnarounds or even turnovers with it. And me personally, I love the glittering eyes of the boys opening their gifts...
M.`s birthday´s on the 27th of Dec, so we´ve got to cope with it. Christmas and its roots are really important for us and we try to separate M.´s birthday and its celebration into January, otherwise he would mix up sth and wasn´t in the midth of the celebration.

Byebye,
