I am sorry you have had problems but I must admit to being relieved that its your end not mine! I have probably not helped by sending my article 3 times in an effort to get the acknowledgement message to say it had arrived. Please accept my apologies and my good wishes that you get everything sorted. Always remember 'when you hit rock bottom the only way is up!'
