I've finished my book now ..... so am on the prowl for other reads - I know I have a pile of unread books around here somewhere .... I'll maybe find them tomorrow.
It ended well by the way ... and turned out to be a good yarn after all .... lucky the slow start didn't put me off.

what kind of books? Sci-fi romance mystery?
The *Law* Library Reading Lounge .......
Fizzymouse- no place like home Posted Aug 23, 2008
I think they're murder/mystery type things ..... I bought them ages ago and they've become buried somewhere in the house.
I'll let you know when I find then.

BeowulfShaffer Posted Aug 23, 2008
There a cozy type seires about a down and out journalist who used to be a major crime writer and now does minor parts for a big city newspaper. Who finds and evetualy adopts a very unusual cat and solves murders with help from said cat while trying to put his life back together. Of course that dosen't really do it justice.
