Looks like yet another aspect of F1 has been decided by legal action, or the threat thereof.

That's a shame. I don't suppose Gary Paffett will ever get a look-in at F1 now. Although the second seat at McLaren is still up for grabs.

Well maybe they can focus on getting the ENV released...it'll only be 2yrs late
