1-25-04:First Amendments to the Commandments of Smiley. Breaking a ways further from the christian bible. changing 1-4.
"1. Thou shalt not create viruses, nor shall thou knowingly pass on a virus to thy neighbor or fellow man's computer.
2. Thou shalt not flame.
3. Thou shalt not troll.
4. Thou shalt not spam."
