Does h2g2 keep a log of virus warnings? If answer is yes ignore the rest of this, if no:
I came on a new virus warning in Bob(Patron saint of wierd statments)'s journal and added two we'd had at work last week. I just thought it might be useful to keep a running forum on this.

There are more hoaxes than real warnings and, without the resources to check the reports out, a popular site h2g2 could cause a great deal of worry and confusion. This sort of thing is best left to geek sites like http://www.zdnet.com -- follow the link in their help section.
