The BBC 'fixed' everybody's job titles so that they were in line with the rest of the BBC. We're all assisting Natalie, each other, and you lot to produce the best website that the has ever seen.

I had put in for Benevolent Dictator of the Universe but apparently it doesn't fit in with BBC guidelines on job titles.

But what about the job duties?

Well nothing has really changed too much, Jimi (you tease!) The sudden appearance of the word 'Producer' is really a BBC attempt to cut down on job titles, but our duties remain the same.

The Editorial team (that's Anna, Ashley, Jim and Sam - I'm sure you know them!) look through all your Entries and edit them and the Community Team (Abi and Mina) make sure that everything runs smoothly and that we're all kind to one another . I'm the Producer, so I oversee the team and am in charge of sweets and morale.
