We need real cheese
It was a sad day when all english cheeses were sterilised. Todays lumps of rubber are tastless. There was nothing wrong in eating live cheeses in my day so why is it now. I now always look out for foreign live cheeses and buy loads when i see it.
I feel sorry for todays children who are probably going to die younger as they are not being exposed to lifes bugs.

You can still get unpasturised English cheeses; Typically they are organic ones, but there are a few about
