Hmm... maybe we could have different sub branches of shoe groove.
Squooves - The really wavey ones
Squimbobs - the ones with funny shapes in
Squizbobs - the ones with not so funny shapes in
Skwookles - The ones with straight lines
Skewonks - The ones which make great marks in chewing gum
Booves - Ones which have warn out completely
And there could be more...

Hmm... I hadn't really thought that far. Researcher means you've added something to it, but cannnot actually edit it. But I can.
Well if you really want to get serious, I think you're job should be to (until we have filled a few more positions) promote the campaign, and make sure that I'm not going off the rails
But really its up to you
