Ace as always. You are really good in this genre. Little tit bits that delight and helpful hints to boot. (excuse the pun). I see a book in the making. Love this column one of the best.

I'm enjoying it. I'm a fair gardener, but I have some pretty dismal results at times. Ergo...cranky gardener. 
So how was the trip?

Trip was lovely. being back not quite so much fun. Am trying to be positive (between the tears) and there are so many people around me who are suffering other dreadfulness' that I have to keep my Pollyana face in place. Not up to writing yet. tried the other day but a bit difficult so will just enjoy posts and reads for the time being.
Have loads of new material and ideas as to how to put it together but it is a lonely playmate (this writing game) and I think for now I need company other than my own!
So glad that Frank is mending. You must take the greatest care of him.
Off for a long drive to see one of the offsprung playing in a band tonight. I like driving so it will be ok. Right...time to close the shop methinks and have a quick shower. It is still hot here as well!
