I know - maybe the increase in temperature here and longer summers will force us all to behave in a more continental fashion - but that can't be true because they do it in Eastern Europe to a certain extent too!! It's just us worrying about upsetting the table next to us with our noisy children!! Rather than upsetting them by vomiting all over them!! LOL
Did you know that in this country we set up the Royal Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals before the one for children? By about 6 years!! Wierd huh!!

yeah it is weird and absolutely typical - the amount of calls we get complaining about children and i mean children not youths playing in the street and now the holidays have started will be even worse

apparently Enid Blyton was anti-kid - if she heard any of the local children being noisy when she was writing she'd include them by name in her children's magazine as naughty - I remember seeing an interview with a girl who was one of them - she was just playing in her garden - lovely woman!!!

Oh, don't I have been so weepy this week - any song remotely emotional and I am off - thank god its normally only a once a month thing!! I know the boys love it when we veer into the "female" in our discussions!!!

get the mojave 3 - Puzzles Like You - absolutely love them for chilling - mainly when I'm driving in the car - keeps me nice and balanced!!

HI girls back on for a bit..lovely meal out, great converstion with the kids, trying to source the wine we drank at the pub on teh net..all's well with the world in Leafy Kingston..altho reading your posts about Oxford Kingtson isn't a great place to be late at night!

Hello..just got up, sitting here in my nightie seeing who is around! Catcher is coming on hols with me so I won't be talking about it for a couple of weeks! Still reading the Ann Widdecombe, it is quite good really but not alot of lightness in there!

You are too too kind! I have to take Dolly (daughter) to the library today to get her holiday books, she reads like mad on holiday. Jack Reacher going v well....might even get hubby another one of those
