Hello Death, sorry it took me so long to notice this post. 
If you ever come back to h2g2, I'd be glad to issue you a permit. All it means is you make your own page (not your homepage, of course) about any subject you want, and put a link on it to the Frink's Drinks lobby, and in return I put a link to your new page on the lobby directory. Feel free to visit some of the other member's pages in the directory to see what they have done.
However, I do ask that you join the misfits before we proceed. Don't worry, it's free, and only hurts a little
