Postgraduate Students

A strange bunch. Postgrads are borne out of the fact that many people are so clueless and insipid they can't think of anything to do after their
honours degree, so rather than venure out into the real world they decide that academia is the easy option. Hence a lot of very lonely, sad people
studying useless subjects (qv. Philosophy, Astrophysics) to useless levels. And hence, the Great Over-Educated, a growing breed of mid-twentysomethings
with lots of knowledge but very little experience of real life.

Postgrads can be identified through a chilling lack of irony, a misplaced superiority complex, and (usually) silly glasses.
