due to my body shape etc, with the Tae Kwon Do, I was going to concentrate more on hand use as against kicks, as my balance is not good(short tendons in heels)

we do a lot of armed combat fighting
or armed vs unarmed like if you run into a street thug
some unarmed but the kicks are very different from tae kwon do

I have bruses down my arms today though

Ah well all good fun

the men, when we did push-ups, had to do them on the first 2 knuckles only. If the instructor saw dirt on the other 2 knuckles, you had to do another 20

theres nothing like that!

we once were doing a mass of push ups, as each student had to count off, when it came to me, I called out "1 - 2 miss a few 99 - 100" everybody including the instructor just collapsed in laughing, but the look he gave me after was "you dare again"

*dusts off his work space that hasn't been used in almost five years and blows the dust off his cases notes*

proven fact, after 2 years dust no longer collects, apparently it's to do with the static not getting through 2 years err growth
