Pedantic observation number one...
Tony Hibbert (Everton) is a defender, not a midfielder. Hibbert played right full back for all of last season, with Steve Watson (who's down as a defender) generally played right midfield in front of him.

Hmm...I knew problems such as this would arise. I wouldn't particularly want to classify Watson as midfielder either, though...
I'll swap them, but just this once.

I agree that this kind of thing is tricky. 
Watson can play either, but Hibbert is definitely a defender.

Tricky, but sadly necessary. They are now both defenders by the rules of this league, and the word on that is final, whatever Egon says.

i'm prepared to acccept steve watson, but gary naysmith almost never plays in defence anymore. He was first choice left winger for much of last season.
