Given that Coke seems to be inexplicably more expensive than beer in most pubs, I simply offer a non-drinker a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to swap.

The reason you could continue drinking Master B was because I kicked up a stink and refused to take 'Sorry we have no more pump beer, you'll have to go upstairs if you want one'. Five minutes later Titanic surfaced!

I destroyed Clive with that one- he was being smug about not drinking, and thus saving money, when I pointed out he just paid £1.10 for half an orange juice, while I was paying £1.69 a pint....
