Yeah, erm, you definitely could tell which parts were "written" by the imaginary twin.
And while giving yourself and imaginary twin is bad, there are worse things...

...it was such a great film though. Utterly bizarre, but great.

I only ever seem to see weird films these days.
Donnie Darko, this, Rules of Attraction, Blade Runner (which is actually really bad)...

Haven't seen Rules of Atraction, am probably not going to be able to manage it (so many films, so little time - regrettably it looks like I won't have time for S Club Seeing Double, either). Though having seen Killing Zoe I wouldn't have pegged it as a major loss. Is it any good?
Which version of Blade Runner (which I agree is vastly overrated) did you see? I'm one of the minority who prefer the studio cut to the one Ridley Scott did.

Is Rules of Attraction any good? I quite fancy seeing it - and I did like American Psycho.
I have to say, I think Adaptation is probably more surreal than Donnie Darko.

Rules of attraction, good? I don't really know. It's not BAD, but the major feeling I came out with is that any bad decisions anyone I know has made can't have been that bad. There is at least one scene that will make you cringe a lot (although which on it is might vary between people).
There's a very pretty boy in it (no, not Dawson).
Oh, and when they start rewinding time it's really rather annoying. Especially when they keep doing it.
Key: Complain about this post
