Just had a message from Artisan - it appears that digibox users have been cut off from this site 
Not sure how true this is or whether there is just a technical fault tonite? If it is true then T/W are going to have a lot of very unhappy customers!!!

I'm not sure if it's true or not but it seems that no digibox users can get into the site tonite! Whether this is due to a technical problem or because they've been denied access I dont know
