I can't say for legal reasons

I'll try not to take too much space up over this post. Hello, by the way. Long story short: My wife had a claim of discrimination out against her former employer because they sacked her because of her health condition after they overworked her and made her ill. So they offered us £1,500 (their final and oh-so generous offer before we took it to court) and, because she wants to avoid the stress of further medicals and the anxiety of a court case in which she expects to be ritually flamed by some b$%"&!d of a lawyer defending her evil employers, she took the money. I don't blame her for this decision but:
1) The money is an insult, and it's about £1000 less than they owe her
2) Nobody at all is punishing her employers for breaking the law. They pay a measely (sp?) sum and get away with it.
3) Clare is still ill.
I'm done now.
Key: Complain about this post
