When i eat breakfast, one of my favorite dishes used to be corned beef hash. Then I discovered corned mutton. I'ts much gamier tasting. I like to cook it with scrambled eggs, and sometimes with fried potatoes as well. It's hard to find in the states, you may have to go to an international specialty market, where you can pick it up in tins, just like canned corned beef.
