...specifically, if you're in the southern part of the country, brekker is typically idli. That's like a rice pancake, except that its steamed as compared to typical pancakes, which are like toasted or whatever (I'm not too good with cooking terminology). They're eaten with some coconut paste, spiced up with chillies...yummy...
Oh and btw, the rice batter is fermented overnight before you start steaming it....it doesnt quite give you a buzz tho....
