Real muesli and Graveyards

An incredibly healthy and delicious breakfast is real muesli (not that powdery stuff from a box)

1.Cover a cupful of porridge oats with some fruit juice (orange or grapefruit is nice). Leave overnight in the fridge.
2. next morning, grate an apple into the mixture.
3. then dollop on some blobs of natural yoghurt
4. add some nuts, and/or raisins (also nice soaked overnight in juice)
5. stir it all together and drizzle some honey over the top.
6. Eat feeling very smug at your virtuous breakfastsmiley - biggrin



At the other end of the scale is "The Graveyard". Per person, toast 2 slices of bread and grill 2 rashers of bacon. Spread peanut butter on the toast, and sandwich with the bacon in between. WARNING: do not even ATTEMPT to calculate the number of calories in this one, as your brain will explode.smiley - headhurts
