Stres is quite often most apparent in the jaw and wrist muscles, which tense up (and can lead on to teeth-grinding etc).
Concentrate on your jaw muscles - force them to slacken, imagine them going limp. Yawn. Do the same with your wrist muscles. (Not the yawning bit, obviously, that would be just too strange)
