well Billy Connely does it for me everytime!! Fraid i just can't stop crying when he's in full flow n if i'm watching him on video or dvd,i have to rewind to catch something he said because i'm laughing so hard at the previous sentance.
He's so observant of human nature and everyday events that u can usually relate to and finds humour in most circumstances but has a certain knack
of putting the point accross in the most humourous way.
No subject is sacred, yet i haven't found nething he's done offensive.
there aren't many comedians that can make me laugh out load wen i'm by myself, but he's one of them that can, along with Ronnie Barker and Eric Sykes. In my opinion these comedians definitely have the X factor.

Billy Connolly can have my vote, too. I have only seen him on video from 1981: The Secret Policeman's Ball, a gallashow in favour of Amnesty International - also featuring four guys from Monty Python and Rowan Atkinson.
An country song with all the miseries you are able to pile on top of each other - and a story about two Irish turists in Rome, drinking pints of the 'green stuff' the Pope favours. Especially I like his theory of the madman sneaking after drunks and throwing diced carrots into their vomit.
You're quite right, LittleDarlin. Billy Connolly's observance and timing really is something.

No. I have only seen the two mentioned But I would really like to see much more. We often watch the two Connolly sketches - when we have visitors who don't know him. And although we have seen them dozens of times, everybody is rolling on the floor laughing.
