I'm a Ferrari supporter (quelle surprise, I'm Italian), but I have to admit to a weakness for Juan Pablo Montoya, the man is mad! I sincerely hope Ferrari will consider him in a few years, when Schumacher retires. I have faith (And have had to endure merciless teasing from my family and boyfriends...)

Monster Montoya's got bags of talent - he poled his Williams something like 7 times last (but it's the translation into race wins that really count).
Give him the right car, though....

Exactly. He's fierce! I can't wait until they give him something reliable to drive. Formula 1 racing has become very stale in the last two years (contrary to popular belief, it's very boring to see your team win every single time... I like it much better when they battle it out until the end, like it happened with McLaren three years ago), and Montoya's madness is a breath of fresh air...

Montoya did deserve a couple of wins last season (Canada comes to mind) and he would have done if his car hadn't failed quite so many times...
In the early part of the season, I'm expecting some surprise results from the likes of Renault and Sauber (the odd podium appearance, maybe?) but we'll just have to wait and seen 'til after Melbourne

I might not be able to watch the Melbourne race (out clubbing - hey, social life first) but if I come back early in the morning I might pull an all-nighter or at least watch the start (which is usually the best bit...)

Is anyone else going to watch all of the sessions (i.e. both qualis and the race) live or am I the only one?

I'll watch most of them, provided the time is at least relatively convenient, and I'm not out... I like racing, but life's for living!
