Have fun Gosho.
In the 70s I had some friends that threw a Spam Christmas Party. Every guest had to bring a dish made with Spam and then use the can to create an ornament for the tree. The ornaments usually turned out quite nice, unfortunately the food did not. The worst I can remember was the Spam-chip cookies. 
Watch what you eat when you attend.

I must admit that I've never actually been to Spamarama - this year's one was a week or two back. Can't stand the stuff - too many spam fritters for school dinner

Oh I would only suggest eating it at a party and if it's mixed in with something that disguises it and if everyone understands that it's a joke and that you are really drunk!
