as though you've not ate for a week and you've been all by yourself, isolated in a large room, propped at a long, empty, wooden table within locked walls. You watch the door unbolt. You see your favorite food beautifully displayed on a platter - carried by the object of your affection...your secret affection. You watch them move towards you. You start to smell the food. You're nervous, yet you rise expectantly, walking forwards. Your eyes meet, roll. You separate dry lips, stuck together with denial before truth. You kiss. And you eat later...much later.
