Kisses are best given with passion and urgency! I'd really rather have one passionate kiss at the right time than 50 half-hearted snogs. It's also important exactly what you do with your hands. Gently cupping the other person's face, head, or pulling their upper body towards you adds to the sensual touch.

It's the British colloquial word for "French-kissing", or kissing with tongues.
Anyway, agree on the passionate kissing... wish I could get some *sighs*

I absolutely agree with Peta (no surprise really!) 
Kissing and being kissed by someone you're completely into is the key to perfect kissing.
