Most english people speak it with a strange accent. This involves some aspects of a traditional english upper-class accent and the rest being a barely hidden american one. Every fifth "T" is pronounced "D" (as in "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turdles").

Seriously, I think the usual representation of English people in films and cartoons is racist and someone (it may be me) should make a formal complaint to the appropriate regulating body.
