A Conversation for The Bridges of Luxembourg

Echternach Bridge

Very nice informations about the lovely bridges in my favourit "extraterestical" country and it's capital, but:
I think, the river under the Echternach bridge isn't the Moselle. It's the Sûre, or Sauer in German. The Moselle leaves the Luxembourg-German-Border at Wasserbillig (about a dozen kilometers south of Echternach) heading for Trier, Germans oldest town. In Wasserbillig (or Wasserbelleng, like the people of this region says) the Sûre flows into the Moselle (right under the border bridge that leads to Wasserbilliger Brück, the little village on the German side).
Greetings from Saarland!

Thank you for that!

Sorry it's so long beofre my reply, but I've only just discovered that you have to actually subscribe to your own Guide Entries to see the conversations smiley - silly, so I'm doing a bit of housekeeping.
