A good synopsis of a fascinating book, with people like Kissinger not only avoiding criminal action but in fact running a highly profitable and influential political consultancy is there any hope for the world.
It is easy to see why the US will have no part of the ICC, how many others might be ripe for prosecution?

Perhaps those that persecuted and killed an estimated 20 million during the Cultural revoloution (that incidently set China back 20 years)and those that ordered troops to Tienament Square in 1989.
