What about the Arctic circle? You mention it in the title - but it's actually far south of Svalbard. Which I happen to know because I live just a few kilometers south of the polar circle myself, in Norway...

I was looking for somewhere to describe where it was, and I thought Arctic circle would give people an idea!
I didn't want to just put Arctic as people associate that with the North pole and the ice around it - Svalbard is a long way north but not that far...
