It's been a long time since I saw an episode of this, but I'm not sure if their voices are TOTALLY indescribable;
Stoppit spoke in high speed garbled growly nonsense, which sounded something like "maarscrobblediddygaloobabababadrafleetobb..." etc, but very quick. He'd ususally do this while doing little jumps and waving his arms.
Tidyup just used to occasionally open his mouth, and everything he wanted to say would be communicated in one long monotonous moan like a foghorn.
That's how I remember it, anyway...can't really remember any of the other voices.
