I have often shared with women the effects of evening primrose oil in relation to pms.
So far they were very enthousiastic about it.
A doctor's wife told me; "Had I tried this earlier in my life. What a solution, but I cannot share this with my husbant, because he'll say;"It's all ballony"".
Well, Ladies, give it a try; it takes a few weeks and is not cheap.
But it's far more then just a hype or nonsens of sectarian herbchewers.
