I'm very impressed by this article. Well presented, well researched and well put together. It's lovely to hear so many of the things my martial arts teacher has taught me echoed here!

Great article.
I remember seeing a guy practicing with a sword in a (thankfully seperate) room at my gym a few years back. I bumped into him in the changing rooms and saw the sword in its scabbard. I made the mistake of asking him if he did Kendo. "Kendo is bashing each other with sticks!", came the reply.
