It is said that the right handed people use the left side of their brain and left handed people use the right half of their brain - does that mean that only left handed people are in their right mind?
Jimmy Hendrix was left handded and to overcome the right handed bias of the guitar he strung it upside down.

The Left and Right hand brain functions are said to be either logical (left) or emotional (right) which communicate to opposite hands within ourselves. If that isn't scrambled enough it is also know that our eye see inverse images which it then sends to the brain to orient. Jimi Hendrix, being creative recessive must have had dislexic challenges which he needed to compensate for in his creative mode and therefor strung his guitar backwards in place of being strung out. There is a book called "Drawing On the Right Side of the Brain" - Betty Edwards (Paperback - 291 pages Rev&expand edition (September 1999),J P Tarcher; ISBN: 0874774241 ; Dimensions (in inches): 0.91 x 8.99 x 7.56 ) if you want to discover more on this fascinating subject.
