it is broadcasted from the city of Almere in the province of Flevoland in The Netherlands.
the Netherlands has 12 provinces. 2 provinces haves the name Holland in their name. Noord-Holland (North-Holland) / Zuid-Holland (South-Holland).
please use the offical name of The Netherlands, but you can blame it on BBC news who regulary says wrong name too and blame on Dutch soccur fans who shout "holland".

Wow, I was always taught that "The Netherlands" and "Holland" were the same thing.

you can say "holland" is unoffical name,
but in my passport it is the Kingdom of The Netherlands.
(short: The Netherland. even shorter NL)
we have Queen.
