I usually don't like the taste of lamb but this tastes so much better! And the wine goes perfect.

I mentioned in, possibly Lil's atelier, that this is my favourite way of cooking lamb and here you are with an entry. Great minds think a like!
My recipe is a Good Housekeeping one. Haven't tried it with bell peppers, but shall do so when I next feel the urge coming on.
