A Conversation for Astral Projection

Psychology?

Reading this, I wonder one question- "Why isn't this in some section about spirituality?". Upon thinking, and reading just barely anything of Jung, I have drawn the conclusion that it's really just a wild feat of imagination. It is you leaving the conscious area of your brain, but remaining conscious as you journey through the unconscious. Is this a correct assumption?

To what degree is it "dangerous" as described, and how so? Is it something like being locked in the unconscious, creating a "coma" for your body?

Even if it is nonsense, it is a good way to relax and it really tests your patience.
