Great entry! But what baffles me is... who on Earth thought of this first? Who had enough time and leisure on their hands hundreds or thousands of years ago, to look at an egg and wonder "what might happen if I seperated the yellow bit from the runny clear fluid and used only one or the other in various kinds of cooking? Would it make a difference? What could I do with just white or just yellow?"
Alas, we wil never know...
