Thank you for posting that Galaxy Babe! This link was put in my personal version A53246153 to illustrate the Irish term of endearment Macushla (or Acushla) -- 'my pulse' -- quite literally 'my heart-throb'.

Cuisle means pulse, forearm (especially of a horse), and pipe. The modern Department of Education dictionary translates 'Cuisleannaigh' as flautists or wind-instrumentalists in general.
