Though I wouldn't dream of getting one myself , I 've always found navel piercings really attractive - on girls , naturally . ( Haven't seen them on boys yet )
So , if you haven't made your mind up which part of you're body you'd like to get pierced , go for the navel .

Yes, navel piercings are very cute, but not when infected (which happens easily). I am planning on getting mine pierced next year though... originally wanted to go eyebrow, found out how many nerve endings were there and have changed my mind. I think that anyone who wants a body piercing should first ask themselves why they want one, and secondly find someone who has had one of that nature for over a year and sort out whether it is still what they want. If you still think it's the best form of your SELF expression (and not solely what your current boyfriend thinks is cute right now), more power to you!

I've had my navel piercing for over 2 years now. 
My other piercings are coming up to a second anniversary too. And I've never regretted having them done.

I don't even know if I could find my bellybutton, let alone get it pierced!
