A Conversation for Mandolins

I'm looking at getting a mandolin- I play guitar already, and I love the sound of a mandolin. My problem is I can't find music (tabs) for the stuff I want to play- I'm mainly interested in the more modern music which incorporates the mandolin, such as Maggie May by Rod Stewart and I Wish I Was Your Mother by Mott The Hoople, for just two examples. Any idea where I can get this music? I've had no problems finding traditional, folk etc music for mandolin, but I can't find this more 'modern' (I suppose 70's counts as modern compared to the usual music played on a mandolin!) music.
Any help would be appreciated
