The 1900 baloon-backed Mandolin, made by Adolfo Guilini, in my posession, has a particularly sweet sound. The label inside calls the instrument Picoletto Polito N. 13 was made in Naples.
Are there any related mandolins from that family?

I do not know very much about specific makes of mandolin. The best place to look would the American auction site ebay If you search for "mandolin" you may see one like yours. The Americans often call them "tater bugs" because of the shape.
