I LOVE ARTICHOKES!! When I die and go to heaven, Artichokes are going to be on the menu everyday. Boiled, and stuffed. Down here, in New Orleans, we eat them stuffed with everything from Italian breadcrumbs to shrimp and crawfish. They are Wonderful!!

I love artichokes - although my girlfriend's dad (who grows them) serves them as some kind of initiation ritual for prospective suitors... Try being polite and eating one with a knife and fork...
