A Visit to the Fortune Teller

1 Conversation

At the end of a day spent shopping, Margaret decided to visit a fortune teller she had been hearing about. Upon entering Madame Zelda's place of business, she was ushered into a dark room. Madame Zelda sat at a draped table before a crystal ball. Margaret sat down opposite her and asked to be told her future. The fortune teller peered into her ball. She gasped in horror at the vision, then stared at Margaret.

"Your husband will die a violent, painful death. I see blood everywhere. It will be terrible."

Margaret was stunned. She just had to know. She looked into the fortune teller's eyes and sighed.

"Will I be acquitted?"
