...and brocolli is without a doubt my very favourite vegetable! I eat it almost daily!
I was interested to read the bit about the genetic difference in the taste buds that make it taste more bitter. I have a similar response to celery - a vegetable that most people consider fairly inoccuous really, but to me it tastes offensive enough that I will actually wretch at the taste and smell of it!
