Certain vehicles (notably Landrovers, early Suzuki jeeps, and similar) can be cleaned *inside* effectively by careful use of a jetwash. Make sure you don't get any into the radio or dashboard, but give the floor a good blast.
This only works because they have vinyl seats and rubber mats on the floor. If your vehicle has anything like comfortable upholstery, you will soak it and have a cold, uncomfortable drive home.
