Yes, let's talk. It's not just crisps. It's nuts and Bombay Mix and sometimes Pretzels, but not too often. At the moment, I'm particularly interested in pepper crisps. My question: is pepper the new plain? And who came up with them first? They're so obvious, yet no-one thought of them for years. I'm also looking to find out more about the history of crisps and the evolution of the different flavours and styles. Any ideas where I should look? I have so many questions about crisps and snacks.
